Pinnacle Africa has just announced a new WP smartphone called the Probbed Sp4. It is the market leader in South Africa. From January 30th, smartphones will be sold in zar 999 ($87) stores.

The Windows Phone 8.1 device uses Snapdragon chipset, quad-core processor, epinephrine 302 GPU and 512MB memory. The internal storage of 4GB can be extended to 64GB through MicroSD. The screen size is 4 inches and the resolution is 480 x 800 pixels. The 4MP camera on the back is the main shooter and can get the front of the VGA, mainly for video calls. This is a fairly basic list of specifications, but it is enough in terms of price.

Dual SIM card mobile phone is equipped with 1920 mAh large battery, 125x64 x 10.6mm, weight 125g. White, green and orange can replace the rear cover.
