A few years after onesx fades out, OnePlusX may return to a truly low-cost phone. OnLeaks and 91Mobiles have released what they call renderings and early news of one plus lite, and the budget model is under the rumored one plus eight and one plus pro. If nothing happens, the phone can be reduced to "only" two cameras on the back, instead of three of the other variants (although it seems to have a depth sensor), and it doesn't have the flashy function of a curved display. With that name, we also want to have a low-cost processor and other victims.

However, there are signs that you may not have to compromise too much. It will have the punched front-facing camera expected by other one-plus-eight models, and there will be no obvious fingerprint reader, suggesting that the Lite will use off-screen technology like existing models. Although we don't expect a silky 90Hz OLED panel, this more affordable model may still have a 6.4inch or 6.5inch screen.

I'm not sure if the rumors are accurate and whether they will be online at the same time as the other 8 series. Having said that, we wouldn't be shocked if we had 8 Lite. As we all know, the price of one plus has been rising for many years, so much so that you have to spend nearly $700 to buy a flagship product like 7 Pro. 8 Lite can fill the gap for customers who miss the initial price of one plus price, or who just like one plus software but can't prove that their high-end hardware costs are reasonable.
