­Android-x86 8.1-rc2 has released Android-x86, the Android operating system that runs on x86 PC. Its main purpose is to provide a complete Android solution for the x86 platform, which already supports most Android programs.

­8.1-rc2 builds on the latest Android 8.1.0 Oreo MR1 version (8.1.0_r48), fixes some bug and updates some important components:

­Update to Linux kernel 4.18.14.

­Mesa updated to 18.2.2 LLVM to 7.0.

­allows you to set the resolution for all GPU via the standard video = x kernel cmdline.

­fixed an issue where apk could not be installed on the 9p file system.
