Oracle home user password is not correct. Home directory user password incorrect solution:

In Computer Management, under the Local Users and Groups directory, locate Oracle accounts

Set or change password

From the Start menu, find the modified home directory user password

Enter a new password on the command line

If this is not resolved:

Set the password of the main user directory and the password of the default database orcl to be the same during installation;

And to meet the password setting conditions: upper and lower case letters, more than eight digits, not starting with a number.

Protest will no longer prompt home directory users for incorrect passwords.
