A few weeks after Apple released iOS/iPadOS 13.3 beta3, Apple today rolled out the iOS/iPadOS 13.3 beta4 update for developers and public testers. Users can download iOS/iPadOS 13.3beta4 via Apple Developer Center or OTA after installing the appropriate developer profile.

In the latest version of iOS 13.3 Developer Preview, users can also use "Communication Restrictions" through "Screen Time," which allows users to restrict contacts. Communication restrictions include FaceTime, phone calls and messages, and iCloud contacts, emergency calls are always allowed, and communication restrictions are valid for 24 hours after they are turned on.

The update also adds support for NFC, USB and Lightning FIDO2 compatible security keys in Safari. This means that physical security keys such as YubiKey with Lightning can be used for more secure two-factor authentication rather than software-based two-factor authentication options.

In the Keyboard section of the Settings app (under General), there's a new toggle that prevents Animoji and Memoji emoticons from appearing as options on the Emoji keyboard, and when editing a video, you can choose to save the edited version as a new clip instead of saving the original clip.
