The new management center of Office 365 has changed a lot compared with the old management center. I would like to share with you the configuration process of directory synchronization. I hope it will be helpful to you.

First log in to the Office 365 Administration Center and navigate to: settings-Services and add-ins

In services and add-ins, find: directory synchronization

Click: go to the Dirsync preparation Wizard

If the number of users in an organization is less than 50, Microsoft recommends that you manage users directly on Portal. We need to select more than 50 users before we can proceed to the next step:

Click directly: next step

To deploy the prerequisites for directory synchronization, we can click: manually set

Click: next, verify the local domain name added on Office 365

Click: I have added and verified all my domains

When configuration is complete, click: upgrade to the latest version of Azure AD Connect

Download the latest version of AzureADConnect and deploy it. See my previous blog, which will not be explained here.
