Open the object library of QTP, in the object library management interface, select "Objects > Add Object to Local", and then select a control in the test program.

Click the "OK" button to add the test object to the object library

After the addition, you can see from the object properties window on the right that the newly added controls will be used as the basis for finding the corresponding controls on the test program interface when the QTP script is run.

Tips: some control objects in the interface are hierarchical, for example, buttons, input boxes and other controls are contained in the window control. When adding test objects to the object library, you can select the window object, then select "All object types" in the interface, click the "OK" button, and then add all the control objects in the selected window object to the object library.
