Today, I want to use the windows2012 system in the virtual machine. As a result, I forgot my login password. After some search, I finally successfully logged in to the system.

How to reset the system password:

Use the installation CD of Windows Server 2012 R2 to boot the computer, click next and follow the figure.

Click to repair the computer

Click the command prompt

Enter the command as shown below

Locate the osk.exe file in this directory and delete it.

Rename and copy "cmd.exe" under the current directory to "osk.exe".

Restart the computer, wait for the boot to complete, click the "easy access" button in the lower left corner, check "screen Keyboard" in the pop-up dialog box, and click "OK".

Since you replaced the file before, what will now open is not the on-screen keyboard, but the CMD command prompt interface.

Use the net user command to change the password of the local administrator account.

Log in normally using the local administrative account and the modified password.

When you are done, find osk.exe from another Windows Server 2012 R2 computer, copy it to the current computer, replace the file modified by cmd.exe, and restore it.

Today, a win2008r2 forgets its password and uses a USB disk to boot into pe. Follow the above method, and successfully change the system password. U disk startup does not need CD files, osk.exe can also be copied or renamed.
