Solution:

When installing exchange, you must extend the architecture of the domain controller and prepare the domain. There is no need to say much about the architecture extension, because the installation of the first one has already been completed. This environment installs exchange in a subdomain, and Microsoft requires that the domain be prepared. So you need to execute:

Setup.exe / PrepareDomain: / IAcceptExchangeServerLicenseTerms
