The port tagged tag1 and the port tagged tag2 in br-int belong to different VLANs, and they are isolated.

It should be noted that the tag in Open vSwitch is an internal VLAN, which is used to isolate the port in the bridge and has nothing to do with the VLAN in the physical network.
