The Cisco Application Policy Infrastructure Controller Enterprise Module (APIC-EM) is a software-defined network (SDN) controller that coordinates and manages the local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) made up of Cisco infrastructure. APIC-EM hosts a number of embedded services, including, but not limited to, network PnP, path tracing, PKI certificate infrastructure, and network assets. You can view all of these applications from GUI or RESTful API.

APIC-EM supports virtualized platforms and device-based deployments, allows users to define automated and abstract policies, simplifies complex network configurations, and supports existing and new network devices.

Application overview: Plug-and-Play APP (automatic deployment, plug and play), Cisco iWAN APP (SDWAN), Path Trace APP (path tracing), EasyQos APP (simple QOS, dynamic QOS)

3. RAM:64GB (for single-host deployments) / 32GB (for multi-host deployments)
