Today, the raid data recovery case device is NetApp 3210 storage and the file system is WAFL. The reason for data loss is that the staff mistakenly deleted the important data in NetApp 3210 storage, so there is an urgent need for raid data recovery operation.

[recovery process]

1. Full backup: make a full backup of the original storage device in read-only mode to ensure the security of the original data.

2. Analyze the backup data: analyze the underlying binary data with the backup disk image, and analyze the basic situation of the data distribution.

3. Reorganize the Raid group: according to the analysis of the data distribution, calculate the basic information of the Raid group, and use the self-developed virtual Raid controller for Raid reorganization.

4. Reconstruct the logical volume: reconstruct the Storage Pool on the basis of the reorganized Raid, and export the logical volume with lost data.

5. Test WAFL file system: test the underlying WAFL file system differentiation of NetApp3120 storage, and analyze the rules of the difference area.

6. Parsing the WAFL file system: write the WAFL file system parsing program, and use the program to parse the WAFL file system on the lost volumes.

7. Recover the lost data: analyze the node index information of the deleted file, write the index parsing program for the deleted file, resolve the deleted node, and restore the deleted data.

8. Data acceptance: the data itself is verified in detail by the user. If you find a new problem, repeat the 2-7 process.

9. Data handover: after completing the business confirmation, the data shall be handed over according to the requirements of the user.
