After successfully installing DockerToolbox yesterday, starting start.sh reported an error, which is mainly due to the problem of configuring environment variables. Here are the solutions:

VirtualBox is not installed. Please re-run the Toolbox Installer and try again.

Looks like something went wrong in step'Looking for vboxmanage.exe '... Press any key to continue...

The above problems are encountered when installing docker and running start.sh under window7

The message says that vboxmanage.exe cannot be found, so we need to solve this problem:

First of all, we need to find the vboxmanage.exe of VirtualBox manually, and I find it through window:

Knowing that vBoxManager.exe is located in D:\ Program Files (x86)\, because there is a problem running start.sh, we use an editor to open start.sh

Note that "${VBOX_MSI_INSTALL_PATH} VBoxManage.exe" and "${VBOX_INSTALL_PATH} VBoxManage.exe" are in the picture.

So we add the system environment variable to the window (be sure to remember that the variable value is followed by a backslash / so that the vBoxManager.exe; can be found normally in the start.sh):

Double-click start.sh again and the normal interface appears.

Wait now, because the default built-in boot2docker.iso is out of date. You can try to download it yourself through other channels and put it in the corresponding location or wait for the download to be completed.

(window does not natively support docker installation, the above installation method is still to install the virtual machine and then install docker in the virtual machine, and install a lot of docker holes on window)
