I am a novice, what I bring to you today is about the installation and simple use of DNS.

(note: all the following steps are carried out in an experimental environment.)

First, open the server manager.

The second step is to select add roles and functions and choose to add DNS.

Select the next step and wait for the installation to complete.

Select tool, DNS.

After the installation process is over, here are some simple uses of DNS.

Select the forward lookup area.

Right-click the forward lookup zone and select New Zone.

Select the main area.

Enter a name for the area.

Select to create a new file

Next, choose not to allow dynamic updates.

Complete the creation of the main area.

After the new zone is completed, the following is the new host (A record)

Click the New area, and right-click to select New A record.

Enter the name and the IP address to resolve

(for example, the name input WWW,ip address is local)
