ReInitDisk

Description

When calling this interface, you need to be aware of:

The status of the cloud disk must be in use (In_use), and the mounted ECS instance must be stopped (Stopped).

The cloud disk mounted on the instance cannot be reinitialized before the instance is launched for the first time.

For the system disk, initialize to the initial state of the mirror. If the source image of the cloud disk is deleted, it cannot be initialized.

For a data disk created directly, initialize to an empty disk state.
