In SAP CRM, we use transaction code CRM_SURVEY_SUITE to create a questionnaire (Survey):
The questions and answers of the questionnaire can be assigned weights (Rate). Finally, the total score of the questionnaire is equal to the weight of each question multiplied by the weight of the answer chosen by the customer.
For example, in my questionnaire model as follows, the first question: "when was the last time you bought our product?" I set the weight to 0.
The weight of the second question "Service staff are friendly and responsible" is 2, and the weights of the five answers are as follows:
Very satisfied: 5
Satisfaction: 4
General: 3
Not very satisfied: 1
Very dissatisfied: 0
The answer weight of the third to the sixth question is the same as that of the second question, except that the weight of the question itself is changed from 2 to 1.
So in theory, the maximum score for an answer paper is:
2 × 5 (the second question is very satisfactory) + 5 + 5 + 5 + 5 (the third to the sixth question is very satisfactory) = 30 points
Test results: You have reached 30 of a maximum of 30 attainable points, this is equivalent to 100%

Because CRM's Survey model supports various types of answers, these answers eventually form a feature of unstructured data, while the positioning of CRM is only to provide the model and input of Survey, as for the analysis and processing of these unstructured data, it is recommended to use SAP Business Warehouse.
