Open the PhpStorm editor and find the Database on the right side of the editor

Click Database, click + in the upper left corner, select Data Source, and then click the type of database to which you need to connect (because my database is MySQL, I use MySQL database to explain)

4. After the database is configured, you can see the newly configured database on the right side of the editor (if not shown, click Database on the far right)
