Number having precision p and scale s. Theprecision p can range from 1 to 38. The scale s can range from-84 to 127,127. Bothprecision and scale are in decimal digits. A NUMBER value requires from 1 to 22bytes.

1. When there is only one parameter, such as NUMBER (24). Indicates that the defined number can be set to a maximum of 24-bit integers.

2. When there are two parameters, such as NUMBER (38p3). Indicates that the maximum number defined is 38 digits long, including 3 decimal places. That is to say, this type can be set up to 35 integers and 3 decimal places.

3. If the decimal place exceeds the length, it will be rounded, and an error will be reported when the integer place exceeds the length.
