Problem Description:

1) Deploy Exchange 2016 CU10 in July 2018 with three sets of high availability, and consider stability without deploying CU11.

2) Exchange 2016 CU12 was released on February 12, 2019.

3) Prepare for Exchange 2016 CU10 update to CU11.

Solution:

1)Download Exchange 2016 CU11

2)Upload ISO of Exchange 2016 CU11 to 3 mail servers of Exchange 2016 CU10 D:\Tool directory

3)Plan to update Friday night or Saturday

4)updating method

A. Install Exchange 2016 CU11 on the third computer, restart, shut down the first and second computers, and test whether the computer and mobile phone send and receive emails normally.

B. Radio 1, radio 2, power up.

C. Install Exchange 2016 CU11 on the second computer, restart, shut down the first and third computers, and test whether the computer and mobile phone send and receive emails normally.

D. Radio 1, radio 3, power up.

E. Install Exchange 2016 CU11 on the first computer, restart it, shut down the second and third computers, and test whether the computer and mobile phone send and receive emails normally.

F. Channel 2, channel 3, turn on

5)If there is no problem after updating according to the above update method, the upgrade is completed.

6)If there is a problem after updating according to the above update method, find a solution to the problem according to the problem and solve the problem.
