Problem description:

Exchange 2010 and 2016 coexist, 2010 and 2016 cannot be sent and received, 2010 cannot be sent or received externally, and 2016 cannot be sent or received.

Note:

There has been a project environment where Exchange 2010 and 2016 coexist, 2010 and 2016 cannot be received, and 2016 and 2010 can be received.

Add the HOSTS record, Exchange 2016 IP Exchange 2016 computer name, to the server of Exchange 2010 by modifying it.

It can be sent and received normally between Exchange 2010 and 2016.

But...

Something strange has happened in this project. Exchange 2010 and 2016 cannot be sent to each other.

Solution:

Send mail anonymously for the printer, so the following anonymous relay is added, and the IP address of the server segment is added in the anonymous relay, resulting in the inability to send and receive mail between Exchange 2010 and 2016.

Kill the Exchange IP address and that's it!
