If your team has not yet used the Microsoft Teams function to centrally manage meetings with internal and external users or organize meeting minutes, you can use the integrated functions of Outlook and OneNote to effectively manage meeting details, including dates, locations, agendas, topics and attendees, as well as send complete meeting minutes to attendees.

Insert into OneNote the meeting information obtained from Outlook, complete minutes of the meeting email for the participants to consult to ensure that everyone understands the same.

Note: make sure the meeting details are added to OneNote. You need to make sure that both Outlook 2016 and OneNote 2016 or Office 2016 ProPlus are installed on your computer.

To insert the meeting information details obtained from Outlook in OneNote: in OneNote, create a new Page on the Home page, then expand Meetings- > Meetings Details, and click Office 365Consultant Scope, as shown below:

Note: to select a meeting held today, select its time and topic directly in the list, to select a meeting held on another day, please select "Choose a Meeting from Another Day."
