Symptoms:

Try to log in to Outlook Web App using Exchange 2013 or 2016 (or now Outlook on Web). After logging in, the login screen displays a blank screen. This often happens after a restart or upgrade. As follows: after logging in:

Reason:

The reason is that the Exchange back-end site in IIS on the MBX server is no longer bound to the certificate (the SSL certificate is "not selected"). See below:

Solution:

To resolve this problem, open the IIS Manager on the Exchange server: then right-click Exchange backend, and then click Edit binding. You will see a list of site bindings. Double-click the https entry in the list. You should now see the following window: in the SSL Certificate drop-down menu, select Microsft Exchange Certificate: click OK, and then click close. You should now be able to log in to OWA: repeat your other servers if necessary.

Restart the IIS server

Iisreset.exe

Try to log in to OWA again
