To configure the Lotus Notes client:

Type the password for the user's ID file.

If prompted to install instant messaging, clear the set instant messaging check box, and then click next.

On the other Services page, click next.

You will receive a message indicating that Notes setup is complete. Click OK.

Verify that the selected location is set to Office (should be displayed in the lower-right corner of the Notes client). If it is not set to Office, select the name displayed, and then select the Office location.

Exit Lotus Notes.
