Then the following error will be reported when the server reads the directory on the client connection server: response: 425 Can't open data connection for transfer of "/" unable to get the directory list

This problem is mainly caused by the use of Passive Mode mode.

Solution: check this item in the settings window above, set the port range, and add the port range to the inbound port in the following firewall settings.

Special note: when using Ali CVM configuration, you need to add security rules to "Security rules" in the server instance panel. Always set the inbound port of Ftp to open.

3. FileZilla Server warning: Warning: FTP over TLS is not enabled, users cannot securely log in. Solution method

In fact, this warning can be ignored.

Solution: enable TLS transport, as follows:

"Edit"-"Setting" or directly click the set button (gear)

Select the "FTP over TLS settings" tab and click "Generate new certificate..."

When generating verification, Key size "can choose according to your own preferences, other information can be filled in according to your own situation, and then choose to save the address (preferably under the installation path)"

The name defaults to "certificate.crt", and the final generation is selected.

Prompt "Certificate generated successfully" means there is no problem with the generation. Click "OK" to close the pop-up window.

Click "OK" to save the settings

Subsequent messages indicate that no more warnings appear.

IV. FileZilla Server configure groups and users

Assign groups to users when adding users

Assign the user permission to the folder and specify the Home folder (that is, "Set as home dir", with "H" before the path), as shown in the following figure

5. FileZilla Server port setting

Default port: 21

Encrypted port: 990

Custom port range: 10000-10200 (change according to your own situation) can be set by yourself, but it is important to note that no matter what port is used, it must be added to the inbound rule of the firewall later.

Install the client locally and connect to the server through the client.
