Purpose:This Action clears the main window and Does not save any information in the window

Input Params:None

Output Params:None

Line 8: 9, if the Open Order interface is already open, click cancel to close it

Line 12: 16, click new order to clear the records that may have been entered before

Line 18: 22, Checking to see if message window appears. If so, function presses "No" button and doesn't save the changes (such as the error message in the figure)
