Who: who do you want to back up? This level is designed to two questions.

Where: where the backed-up data is stored. Mainly disks and tapes.

When: when to make a backup. Refers to the company's backup strategy.

This depends on the actual situation of the company. If the company's data is very important, it is recommended to make a full backup every day; if the company's data base is large and the new data every day is not very large, it is recommended to do a complete backup on Monday, differential backup from Tuesday to Sunday, and so on.
