Interconnection rules: interconnection within basic network accounts, interconnection within VPC, and isolation between VPC.

VPC allows users to customize their own network space and control the direction of their network traffic. Users can also use the network ACL and security firewall of VPC to provide detailed access control for CVM leasing.
