Step 1:

Step 2: select Model types-Phslcal Data Model-Physical Diagram and select DBMS:MYSQL (depending on the database)

Step 3: configure the connection

Step 4: set up the connection database and select ADD DATA SOURCE

Step 5: copy the MYSQL driver to the powerDesigner root directory and specify the location in jdbcDriverjar files, and the URL of the database connected to JDBC

Step 6: click test connection to enter the database user and password to test the connection

Step 8: specify your own JDBC

Step 9: select the database table to be exported and click OK to export
