Drive backup

U case requirements

Before reinstalling the system for a computer, the problem that often gives users a headache is that they do not have a backup of the relevant hardware drivers. After reinstalling the system, the computer can not work properly because the driver is relatively old and the manufacturer of the production equipment no longer provides driver download. In order to solve this problem, you can sign and back up the original driver after reinstalling the operating system, and then restore the driver after the system installation is successful.

Case: a company has a computer, because the hardware is too old, some drivers are difficult to download, the administrator needs to re-install the operating system for this computer, how to back up the drivers.

The specific operation steps are as follows.

(1) download the driver wizard in http://www.drivergenius.com. Then start the installation, and at installation time, click next until it is complete. As shown in figure 6.1.

(2) after the installation is completed, when starting for the first time, the driver wizard will detect the hardware information of the current system, as shown in figure 6.2.

(3) Click "driver Management"driver backup", and select the driver that needs to be backed up, as shown in figure 6.3.

(4) Click the start backup button in the right pane to make a drive backup, as shown in figure 6.4.

(5) after completing the backup, select "driver Management"driver restore" on the computer that needs to be restored, find the backup driver file and select the driver to be restored, as shown in figure 6.5.
