Problem description

The whole system environment of the customer company is standardized into a domain environment, using Office365, and there are many all-in-one machines MPF that need to use the company's standard account to reconfigure the scanning to send mail function. Email account and other information is created and set by the head office administrator. We mainly share how to scan the mailbox using Office365 email account configuration on MFP under different brands and models.

Required information

Scan to account number O365 for email: MFP@XXX.com

Password: XXXXXXXX

SMTP Server:smtp.office365.com

Port: 25

Security: enable TLS/ StartTLS (TLS must be used)

Solution method

1. Enter the MFP Web management interface through IP and log in as an administrator

Set to send email information: Administration-Setup-Email- enter the email account number under From Address:
