(9) set the name of the virtual machine (that is, the name displayed at the top left of each startup VMware), and then select the installation path you want to install in WIN7 (default is on disk C, which is very inconvenient).

(10) Select (number of processors and number of cores) select 2 (check the relevant concepts, the number of processors should be set 1, and the number of cores should be set 2 or 4), but modify the relevant setting parameters later. Click next.

(11) set memory. It is recommended to set it to 1GB. You can adjust it according to your computer configuration, and then click next.

(12) choose the second choice for network connection, and then click next.

(15) by default, go straight to the next step.

(16) set the size of the hard disk to 20GB, and allocate 20g to this virtual machine immediately.

(17) for the storage address of virtual machine files, just choose the location of a disk with sufficient space.

(18) the relevant parameter information just set will be displayed. Click the "Custom hardware" button to modify it, and click "finish" to complete the configuration of the virtual machine.

(19) then proceed with the process of ubuntu installation, which is carried out automatically and wait.

(20) after the installation is successful, you can click on Firefox to surf the Internet, and the installation is complete.
