TSNAdb is a database of new tumor specific antigens. Somatic mutation and HLA alleles information of 7748 tumor samples from 16 kinds of tumors were collected from TCGA and TCIA databases, and then NetMHCpan v2.8 and NetMHCpan v4.0 software were used to predict the affinity between mutated peptides and HLA.

The affinity data of peptides and HLA provided in IEDB database are used to verify the results.
