Apple now offers an iPad for almost everyone. A new survey shows that no matter which model you choose, you are very satisfied with the purchase.

According to the US customer satisfaction Index (ACSI), the index surveyed more than 12500 people between September 2018 and August 2019. Apple once again leads the tablet market in terms of customer satisfaction.

Coupled with the popularity of Mac desktops and MacBook laptops, Apple's satisfaction in the entire "PC" segment is 83Univer. That is in line with the company's 2018 rating and two percentage points higher than second-placed Samsung, which has fallen one percentage point this year to 81Comp100.

Samsung continues to lag behind Apple in tablets because of Galaxy Tab S4 and Galaxy Tab S5e, according to ACSI. The newly released Galaxy Tab S6 is certainly not part of the survey, but if all goes well, the company's rating may be upgraded in next year's survey. Samsung's overall score is the result of its combination with the leading desktop market.

In third place in "far away", Amazon only competed in the tablet field. Its fire brand lineup achieved a satisfaction rating of 79max 100, which is still impressive, but it is down three points from 2018.

Generally speaking, American customers are the most satisfied with desktop computers, with an average score of 81pm 100. Tablets and laptops were not far behind, with a satisfaction rating of 77max 100, although it is worth mentioning that tablets had previously had a satisfaction rating of 80max 100.
