According to its roughly weekly release schedule, Apple has embedded the third beta version of macOS Catalina 10.15.2 for developers to test.

The new third version of Beta, OS catalina 10.15.2, is now available to developers, which is a wireless update for devices registered with Apple's developer Center. Although it hasn't been released yet, a public beta update will be released soon for users participating in Apple's beta software program.

This third beta was released after the second beta was released on November 13. Apple's developer report for this version points out that the main updates are aimed at specific network problems.
