Do not use the (x86) folder to connect to the OracleX64 version using PL/SQL Developer when installing sql/del develop:

1. Download 32-bit Oracle InstantClient and expand to a directory, such as C:\ instantclient_10_2; http://pan.baidu.com/s/1eQ1nV3O

2. Copy the tnsnames.ora of the system to this directory

3. Set up Oracle_Home and OCI Library in PLSQL Developer:

Tools  Preferences  Oracle  Connection:

Oracle_Home: C:\ instantclient_10_2

OCI Library: C:\ instantclient_10_2\ oci.dll

4. Edit the following bat file in the PLSQL Developer directory, replace its shortcut, and start PLSQL Developer:

@ echo off

Set path=C:\ instantclient_10_2

Set ORACLE_HOME=C:\ instantclient_10_2

Set TNS_ADMIN=C:\ instantclient_10_2

Set NLS_LANG=AMERICAN_AMERICA.ZHS16GBK

Start plsqldev.exe

If prompted that msvcr71.dll cannot be found, please download the msvcr71.dll http://pan.baidu.com/s/1mg7hwVI in the link below and put it in the system32 and ps/sql developer directories
