Scene:

The system uses hdisk0 and hdiak1 hard drives to establish the image of rootvg.

The hard drive that needs to be replaced in hdisk0 failure is hdisk0.

Steps:

1. Remove hdisk0 from the rootvg image

# unmirrorvgrootvg hdisk0

If you have a dedicated dump device on the failed PV, you can use the mklv command to create a new logical volume on the existing PV. Use the sysdumpdev command to set the new logical volume as the primary dump device. The dump device must not be mirrored to ensure that there is only one copy.

Mklv-t sysdump-y lg_dumplvrootvg 8 hdisk1 sysdumpdev-Pp / dev/lg_dumplv

two。 Remove the boot information from hdisk0

# chpv-c hdisk0

3. Remove hdisk0 from rootvg

# reducevg rootvg hdisk0

4. Delete hdisk0

# rmdev-Rdl hdisk0

5. If you enter lspv-l hdisk0, the dumplv information is also displayed, execute

# migratepv-l dumplv hdisk0 hdisk1

Re-execution

# rmdev-Rdl hdisk0

6. Check to see if the hdisk0 information still exists. Normally, neither lspv nor lacfg-vl hdisk0 will display the hdisk0-related information.

7. Replace the hard drive

8. Identify the new hard drive through the cfgmgr-v command, and under normal circumstances, the new hdisk0 will be recognized

9. Add hdisk0 to rootvg

# extendvg-f rootvg hdisk0

10. Close quorum

# chvg-Qn rootvg

11. It takes a while for the system to make a mirror.

# mirrorvg-S rootvg hdisk0

twelve。 Check the syncd/stale status through lsvg-l rootvg, confirm that stale changes to syncd status, and synchronization is completed.

13. View pv

# lspv # lsvg-o rootvg # lsvgrootvg

14. Create a boot image on hdisk0

# bosboot-ad hdisk0 or # bosboot-a

15. Change the order of startup devices

# bootlist-m normal hdisk0 hdisk1
