instructions

Backup / etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo first

Mv / etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo / etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo.backup

Download the corresponding version of repo file and put it in / etc/yum.repos.d/ (please make a backup before operation)

CentOS5

CentOS6

Run yum makecache to generate cache

Eple source:

Rpm-Uvh http://ftp.sjtu.edu.cn/fedora/epel/6/i386/epel-release-6-8.noarch.rpm

Docker installation:

You will need RHEL 6.5or higher, with a RHEL 6 kernel version 2.6.32-431or higher as this has specific kernel fixes to allow Docker to work.

CentOS 6.5 is already the 2.6.32-431 kernel, so it's best to install this version.

Yum-y install docker-io

Upgrade:

Yum-y update docker-io

Manual upgrade:

Wget https://get.docker.io/builds/Linux/x86_64/docker-latest-O dockermv-f docker / usr/bin/docker

Upgrade completed

Start:

Service docker start

Boot:
