The installation test environment is based on Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard full installation, and the Exchange service components are based on Exchange2010-SP2-x64. Please use the software for testing only and purchase genuine copies if necessary.

1. Install the Web service

At the beginning-Administrative tools-Server Administration-roles-add role-Web Server (IIS), and then follow the relevant prompts to install the Web server.

2. Install DNS and Active Directory domain services (hereinafter referred to as AD domain)

At the beginning-Administrative tools-Server Administration-roles-add role-Active Directory Domain Services, and then follow the relevant prompts to install Active Directory Domain Services.

After you have installed, reopen the server manager, click on the installed AD domain services, and then click "run the AD Domain Services installation Wizard" to install according to the prompts, where the domain control name will choose to use eholog.com as an example for everyone to demonstrate.

You can then wait for the AD domain controller and its associated group policies to be installed, and you will also be forced to install the DNS service. After waiting for the installation to complete, you will be asked to restart the system.

3. Install the file server

At the beginning-Administrative tools-Server Administration-roles-add role-File Service, and then follow the relevant prompts to install the File Service.

4. Install NET3.5

At the beginning-- Administrative tools-- Server Management-- Features-- add features-- .NET Framework 3.5.1 features, and then follow the prompts to install .NET Framework 3.5.1.

If you do not install the NET service throughout your installation, you will not be able to use the Web server and you will not be able to access the Exchange server. If the NET component is already installed, ignore this step.

5. Install Exchange

Open "start"-- "Administrative tools"-- "Windows PowerShell Modules" and enter the following code on the command line to configure the environment related to the Exchange service component. After installation, the system will restart.

Add-WindowsFeature NET-Framework,RSAT-ADDS,Web-Server,Web-Basic-Auth,Web-Windows-Auth,Web-Metabase,Web-Net-Ext,Web-Lgcy-Mgmt-Console,WAS-Process-Model,RSAT-Web-Server,Web-ISAPI-Ext,Web-Digest-Auth,Web-Dyn-Compression,NET-HTTP-Activation,Web-Asp-Net,Web-Client-Auth,Web-Dir-Browsing,Web-Http-Errors,Web-Http-Logging,Web-Http-Redirect,Web-Http-Tracing,Web-ISAPI-Filter Web-Request-Monitor,Web-Static-Content,Web-WMI,RPC-Over-HTTP-Proxy-Restart

Then put the installer in a separate folder and double-click. After double-clicking, the relevant configuration files will be extracted automatically. Then double-click to run "setup" to install.

If there are too many patches required for custom installation of exchange components, you can try it with a typical installation. After installation, it is as follows:

After waiting for the restart to complete, you can see the "Exchange Management Console" console on the start menu. Click the console to manage the Exchange server.
