1.2 create a user and specify a tablespace

Create user username identified by password

Grant connect,resource,dba to username

2 create tablespaces through Oracle client Enterprise Manager Console

2.1 Open Enterprise Manager Console

2.2 connecting to the database

2.3 Select a tablespace on the left and create a new tablespace.
