At first glance, Fleets seems to be Facebook's Twitter,Stories version of Instagram, or even Snapchat's version of Snapchat. But Twitter insists that there are some unique differences in this feature. Your tweet will only last 24 hours, and then it will be deleted automatically. People will not be able to forward these convoys, and you will not receive likes or public responses. Instead, people can respond to you directly.

People will be able to respond to your fleeting tweets in private. They can send quick facial responses, such as angry or crying expressions. They can also reply to you through "direct message", but, of course, you need to have an open DM, or you need to follow Messenger to ask them to send you messages, or you can reply to them. When people click on your avatar, they will be able to see your fleet.

So, basically, it really works like a story and a snapshot. However, just like your regular tweets, you will be limited to 280 characters of text. You can also add photos, videos and gif to the fleet. Although they are still on probation, they will first show you the fleet of the people you care about and the people you care about, and then the fleet of the people the user cares about.

Twitter is still testing this new feature and is currently available only in Brazil. And, I'm sorry, even if users still strongly demand this feature, there will be any tweet editing features soon.
