Solution:

1. Open the database server of system center and open the VirtualManagerDB database. If the data table tbl_ADHC_AgentServer,state is 4, it is an exception node. You can change the value of state to 2.

Update [dbo]. [tbl_ADHC_AgentServer] set state=2 where ComputerName='XXXXXX'

3. Restart the system center service and right-click to restart
