Open outlook2010 and click "File-- Information-- account Settings."

Select the email account and click "change"

Uncheck the box before "use cached exchange mode"

Click "other Settings"

Prompt that the changes will not take effect until the next time you restart outlook. Click "OK".

Select the Advanced tab and click outlook data File Settings

Click "disable offline feature"

Prompt cannot use ost file, click "Yes"

Click "OK"

Turn off the outlook software

Turn on "my computer"

Enter the address and press enter to open it.

Create a new folder "mailbox file" on disk D (specifically look at the remaining capacity of disk D, if there is not enough space on disk D, you can put it on other disks with enough space, such as Emaine, Fprit, G, etc.)

Select the file with the suffix ost and cut it to the mailbox folder on disk D.

Open outlook2010, account settings

Check Advanced, outlook data File Settings

Click "Browse" to select the ost file under the mailbox folder on disk D.

You can see that the path has been changed to D disk, and click OK.

Check the exchange cache mode and the next step
