Experimental demand

Configure routing gateway routing configure dhcp service, network interconnection configure remote access

Lab step: configure gateways for 2 routed interfaces, which are:

Interface gigabitethernet 0/0 ip:192.168.1.254 255.255.255.0

Interface gigabitethernet 0go 2 ip:192.168.2.254 255.255.255.0 configure routed dhcp service

First address pool: Router (config) # ip dhcp pool dhcp1

Router (dhcp-config) # network 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0

Router (dhcp-config) # default-router 192.168.1.254

Second address pool: Router (config) # ip dhcp pool dhcp2

Router (dhcp-config) # network 192.168.2.0 255.255.255.0

Router (dhcp-config) # default-router 192.168.2.254

Enable the DHCP service

Router (config) # service dhcp configure remote access:

Router (config) # enable password 123 (configuration of plaintext passwords to enter privileged mode, remote access to the switch, routing must be configured)

Router (config) # line vty 0 2 (open 3 remote access ports 0 1 2)

Router (config-line) # password 1234 (remote access password)

Router (config-line) # loginPc machine access ip address mode modified to dhcp dynamic acquisition verification: open the PC to check if there is an ip address

Ping Test, ping 192.168.1.254

Ping 192.168.2.1
