Modify vim/ usr/share/vim/vim74/filetype.vim to add

Au BufRead,BufNewFile / etc/nginx/*,/usr/local/nginx/conf/* if & ft = =''| setfiletype nginx | endif

Be careful to modify the above command according to the nginx directory you installed
