The localization department of Microsoft in China launched Microsoft Learn Partership Program with Chinese universities, and had the honor to join hands with Microsoft MVP Shelley to participate in the lectures on cloud computing at Jilin University: Microsoft Azure-, one of the two universities selected in the first round.

In this lecture, through the sharing of Shelley, students learned about the development of cloud computing, the disadvantages of traditional server management model and what value cloud computing can bring to enterprises:

Intranet extension deployment of customer physical computer room environment on Azure: test and development environment is enabled on demand, data backup and archiving and recovery are relatively secure. Achieve fast and efficient disaster preparedness Internet business at extremely low cost: Web applications include official websites, mobile applications or E-Learning automatic platform big data processing and artificial intelligence applications: website monitoring platform, digital accurate sales, real-time big data analysis to support sales forecast, etc.

Taking Microsoft Build 2019 Conference as an example, Nadella states Starbucks' IoT system built by Azure Sphere (Microsoft end-to-end Internet of things solution) and further personalized food product recommendation realized by Azure Reinforcement learning: real-time recommendation can be realized according to the three dimensions of people, time and region based on customers' previous purchase behavior. This will be the first experience in the intelligent transformation of companies in consumer retailing and other traditional industries.

After that, with a vivid epitome of the project, together with the students, starting from the functional requirements analysis of the project, gradually build the project model and rationalize the selection of Azure-related services, such as Web Apps in the application platform, SQL Database,Redis Cache in data services and Blob Storage in infrastructure services to jointly develop a cloud service.
