3. Remove the backup node from AG and swap 10.198.197.167 with 10.198.197.168

First add a static route from the remote access exit IP to the server 167and168 Ethernet 1 interfaces to avoid Ethernet 0 disabling and enabling during the IP exchange to prevent RDP from being able to connect to the server.

Remove the standby node from AG

Connect to the server through 10.198.197.173 and disable Ethernet 0

Connect to the server by 10.198.197.174 and modify the IP of Ethernet 0 to 10.198.197.167

Connect to the server by 10.198.197.173, modify the IP of Ethernet 0 to 10.198.197.168, and enable the network card

To observe that the state of WSFC is normal and that of AG is normal.

Summary:

Solution 1: Ethernet 1 will be recognized when Ethernet 0 is temporarily disabled during IP handover, so Ethernet 1 needs to add static routes in advance to ensure normal communication between WSFC and AG.

The first scheme can meet the needs of separate use of business IP and high-availability IP.
