The running curve of the system can be classified from several different angles: one is the business type, and different businesses have different business processing cycles, so the business peak and daily operation periods are different. For example, most business systems have a centralized processing period at the beginning, middle or end of the month, while financial systems and Internet products rarely have such regular peak periods, which may occur at any time. Another perspective is the user operating habits, different enterprises or different users using the same system, because of different operating habits will lead to different operating curves of the system.

Here we propose a method to classify the running curve of the system according to different user psychology, mainly according to several possible psychological habits to analyze the running curve of the system. From the perspective of user psychology, it is mainly divided into three categories: conservative type, speculative type and lazy type.

Conservative type

The users of most business systems fall into this type. Most of these users will only use the system within a fixed time of nine to five. Speculative type

Mainly some systems involving personal interests and high load, such as ticket purchase system, payment system, registration system and so on, most of these systems are accompanied by high concurrency, and their users are eager to complete personal business operations. most of them will choose to avoid the possible business peak to enter the system operation. There are two speculative mentalities of users here: one is that they can avoid other users during the two periods in which the system is allowed to enter and is about to be terminated, and the other is that as long as they keep trying, it is possible to enter the system at a certain system free point. These two kinds of speculative psychology will cause the peak of the system to appear at both ends of the system, and the system load in the middle period will remain high, and there will be a small business peak from time to time.

As can be seen from the running curve of this kind of system, the whole system is in the business peak of high concurrency most of the time, so it is difficult to prove that there will be no problems in the process of running the system for a long time. Therefore, the system of this kind of running curve needs to consider the long-time operation when implementing the process design, and the whole execution process includes several business peak iterations.

Lazy type

This kind of system is mainly some information collection systems, investigation reports and some registration systems, which usually have only one end time. From the psychological point of view of most people, most of them have nothing to do with themselves. so they all wait until the last minute to fill in and deal with it. Therefore, the pressure of this kind of system is concentrated at the end of the business period.

As can be seen from the operation curve of this kind of system, the operating load of the system increases gradually, and then increases rapidly to the business peak at the end of the running. the system of this kind of running curve gradually increases the load for a period of time during the simulation. and then run the simulation of the business peak.
