Although the logging function of systemd needs to be further adjusted, it will be easily integrated into the testing and monitoring functions in the long run.

How to improve the busy working life of Linux system administrators? Is that difficult?

In the long run, simple and consistent system units and configuration files will make the administrator's job easier. Some stand-alone packages may introduce new improperly designed systemd unit files. And as administrators have to spend time and energy to solve them.

If you don't teach systemd courses, what kind of communication or meeting do you most look forward to?

Since I am a developer of automotive embedded Linux systems, I prefer to learn about analysis, tracking, and performance optimization.

How would you describe this as a "must-do" (such as using systemd) to someone who has never been to a LISA meeting?

Bill Bradley, the protagonist of John McPhee's A Sense of Where You Are, once said: no matter when you work, no matter where you work, you may suffer failure and blow.

So, if you are paid more than those who do similar work in other countries, you should make yourself more valuable.

I admire the intelligence of many system features. Although there are some shortcomings to be picky, this does not prevent it from becoming a clean, well-designed tool that can contain many intuitive features and well-designed documents. If administrators are familiar with it, I'm sure they'll like it very much.
