Today, I suddenly found that the TNSListener service could not be started. After it was started in the service console, it was refreshed and automatically returned to the stopped state without reporting any errors. And SPL PLus can also be used normally.

A similar problem was found in Baidu. It turned out that I had changed the name of the machine.

Solution:

Method 1. Modify listener.ora directly

The path on my machine is: Dracleproduct10.2.0db_1NETWORKADMINlistener.ora

Modify the HOST host name or IP in it

Method 2. Through Net Configuration Assisant reconfiguration, enter all the way to get it done.

Method 3. Through Net Manager, modify it directly under the listener node.
