3. 1 design idea of Qingrou Yingtai PDM system
Qingsoft Yingtai PDM system helps enterprises to acquire and manage diversified product development and management knowledge in a scalable and open network environment. We can also directly manage the design data of each stage, understand the development progress in real time, and make appropriate and timely adjustments according to the situation. From the original data accumulated by the system, we can make statistics on everyone's work and make an objective and quantitative evaluation to ensure the enthusiasm of the development team.

This includes the designer's own experience and knowledge, the data object of each stage of the product, the market demand analysis and so on. The PDM system carries on the effective storage management to the enterprise knowledge base, and crosses the organization boundary and the professional field, through the standardization and standardization work flow, transfers the effective knowledge to the relevant people at the appropriate time, in order to achieve the repetitive use of knowledge, improve the creativity of the enterprise, shorten the time to market and manufacturing cost of the product, and improve its innovation system.

3. 2 business process of product data management based on PDM system
The business process of product data management of Qingsoft Yingtai's PDM system is shown in figure 3. 1 below, with the PDM system as the center, through the integration with design tools, the product design data such as product BOM, parts and their structural drawings (including 2D engineering drawings, 3D digital models, etc.) are realized; at the same time, the system provides a PDM-based process planning platform to centrally manage the product process data to the PDM system. Through the integration with ERP, the product design data and process data are transferred to the ERP system.

3. 3 deployment scheme of PDM system for Qingrou Yingtai

Figure 3. 3 is the functional framework of Qingsoft Yingtai PDM system, which takes database system and file data warehouse as data storage platform, based on basic components such as user management, attribute set management, parameter management, rights management, mail management, log management and system management, under the control of project management and workflow management. Based on the management mechanism of version management, life cycle management and effectiveness management, the engineering change release management mode finally provides users with specific application functions such as CAD integration and SAP system integration interface, personal desktop management, document management, product parts management, process data management, print management and so on.
3. 5 main functions of Qingrou Yingtai PDM

3. 5. 1 product structure management
Product structure is used to reflect the components of a product and the relationship between them. Product structure management takes database as the underlying support, BOM as its organizational core, connects all engineering data and documents with the defined final product, and under certain constraints, provides users or application systems with views and descriptions of different dimensions of product structure, such as design view, process view, manufacturing view, management view, purchasing view, etc., to realize the organization, management and control of product data.
On the basis of the design view, the process view and the management view are adjusted to form the process view and the management view. The process view mainly contains the information of self-made parts, and the management view is mainly aimed at the series of products. The manufacturing view can be obtained by configuring the management view.
In addition, the manufacturing view of non-series products can also be extracted from the process view and process route. Manufacturing views, process documents and technical preparation documents are the main contents of the integration of PDM system and SAP. The main functions of BOM multi-view are as follows: designers, technicians and related personnel can quickly view the composition, status and related information of the current product through the product structure (as shown in figure 3. 4)

The management function of the product structure is provided in the Qingsoft Yingtai PDM system, and the users can maintain the product structure, display the detailed information of the product and its subordinate parts layer by layer according to the product design structure, and browse the files and graphics associated with the product and parts. It can also be divided into different product structure views according to process processing, manufacturing, procurement, etc., and provide purchase list, manufacturing list and so on to downstream purchasing and manufacturing departments.

3. 5. 2 parts management

Qingsoft Yingtai TI PDM system provides a general part classification management framework. In the implementation of Qingsoft Yingtai PDM system, standard parts library, general parts library and self-made parts library can be established according to the characteristics of product parts. Parts management can effectively improve the degree of generalization and standardization of parts, which helps enterprises to reduce repeated design, shorten product development cycle and reduce production costs.

3. 5. 3 picture and document management
The system supports the management of all product-related drawing and document objects, such as product design drawings, 3D models, all kinds of work instructions, quality inspection documents, etc. (as shown in figure 3. 6)

All documents that are officially released and effective are automatically released and archived to the appropriate directory of the document library through the process.

The system provides strict rights management mechanism, supports multi-dimensional authority control, and provides reliable and secure policies to ensure the security of internal documents in the system. The system mainly adopts direct authorization and rule authorization to realize the authority control of documents. The main functions of picture and document management are:

3. 5. 4 workflow management
Workflow management is the electronic examination and approval process of drawings and documents. The electronic examination and approval management of drawings and documents can be realized in Qingsoft Yingtai PDM system. There is no need for soft Yingtai designers to approve paper drawings manually, and the office without drawing paper can be realized in the technical department. The system supports complex, nested processes, which support programmability, custom controls and extensions. Workflow management includes workflow template management, life cycle template management, process task management and process instance management.
The function of workflow template (shown in figure 3. 7) is to define various processes of the enterprise, such as design approval process, change process, drawing process and so on. The process template can be easily and quickly defined by graphical drag and drop, and the user can customize the activity, routing and activity executor in the foreground (rather than the secondary development program) as needed. Instantiation (that is, starting the process) must be enabled by the template, in which the active node generates the process task after the instance, and the template is modified after the template is enabled, which will not affect the started process. Each step node in the process template can customize the process code according to the requirements to achieve the special functions in the process.

Process task management includes worksheet, task query, task execution and other functions. Users can use the "my worksheet" interface to view the current tasks that need to be completed; the system administrator or project manager can query the task completion of other people through the task query interface; users can open the document corresponding to the task through the task execution interface to view the process instance. Taking into account the actual use needs (such as task executors travel or too many tasks), the system provides the function of task assignment and task delegation to assign one person's tasks to others.
Process instance management provides system administrators and process monitors with the function of querying and monitoring the currently running processes. System managers can terminate and pause the process according to the current actual situation.
Qingsoft Yingtai's message notification is divided into two types, one is a user-defined message, and the user can write a message to others or receive messages sent to him by others, similar to Foxmail and Outlookexpress functions; the other is a system message, when the user has a new process or project task, the system automatically sends a message to notify the relevant responsible person. Figure 3. 8 below shows that when a new task comes, the message system automatically notifies the user to check the task.

3. 5. 5 change management
The main function of engineering change management is to manage the changes of the finalized product data, to ensure the correctness of the changes and the timeliness of the change message dissemination, that is, all departments and personnel related to the change get the change information in a timely manner. to ensure that the relevant product data can be changed in a timely manner. The engineering change and release management in Qingsoft Yingtai PDM system consists of four related steps: change application, change approval, change implementation and change release.
It is realized through change management and process management in Qingsoft Yingtai PDM system. The change management of Qingsoft Yingtai PDM system correlates different change processes according to the change type. When document components need to change, the relevant personnel create the change order, add the document components that need to be changed to the change order, and then start the process. Review, approve, change, verify, confirm and release the change process.
3. 5. 6 process management
The process planning management process based on TIPDM is shown in figure 3. 9 below Enterprise product process planning itself is a complex process, which mainly includes product material quota, man-hour quota, process planning, process planning, engineering BOM (EBOM) design, process route planning, statistical summary, process data release and output and process change; it is an intermediate link between PDM and ERP, obtaining production equipment and other resource data from the production department and product design data from the design department.
The product process planning process is the core of the process management system. The PDM system transmits the product design structure and other information to the process management system, fills in the process card, operation guidance card, process route preparation and other process cards and is associated with the product structure; the electronic signing and approval process of the process data is realized through the process engine of the PDM system; the system message communication function is adopted to inform the individual of the process data in time. It can make a statistical summary of the material quota and man-hour quota of a single product: through the process data release engine, output the process data to the downstream information system.

3. 5. 6. 1 process route management
The process route is the link between the parts and the process plan, the basis of the professional division of the process, and the guidance of the circulation of the parts in the workshop. The route planner compiles the product process route based on the process BOM view. The process route of the parts is related to the position of the parts on the process BOM. If the same part is located in different positions of the process BOM, different process routes can be worked out.
When compiling the process route, you need to select the process view of each part, which defaults to the "default view". The process route and process information of the parts under the current product are saved under the selected view, and the process information under different views remains independent. The process data in the default view can be used as a common resource, and when other products compile the process, the same components automatically reference the process data in the default view.

3. 5. 6. 2 process management
The system provides a WYSIWYG process card editing tool (figure 3. 11, 3. 12), which is convenient for process designers to compile process cards. The process card editing tool has both table word processing function and graphic editing function, which makes the operation more convenient and quick. It provides powerful process card design tools, integrates database, graphics, images, tables and text editing, and provides a visual process planning environment. Fill in the form similar to the wbrd form, fill in the WYSIWYG card, the font, format and typesetting can be adjusted automatically or manually, each filling format can be modified, compressed and automatically wrapped, and format changes can be provided.

3. 5. 8 coding management
The work of Qingsoft Yingtai product information coding involves two aspects: one is the overall design of enterprise classification and coding, including the norms, principles and methods of information classification and coding, which is based on the full analysis and scientific induction of enterprise information; the second is a software support tool that supports enterprise management coding rules and can automatically take codes according to the defined coding rules.
The coding rules of all kinds of product drawing numbers and materials are formulated by Qingsoft Yingtai themselves, and some consulting services can be provided according to their own information experience in the enterprise parts industry. Coding management module is divided into coding rule definition, coding management and coding application and approval, waste code recovery, coding and CAD integration and other functional modules. It can meet the functional requirements of Qingsoft Yingtai to realize coding rule management and automatic number taking. 3. 5. 9 Collaborative Workspace Management
Collaborative workspace mainly includes "current task", "work object", "document tracking" and so on.

The "current Task" interface in the collaborative workspace window is mainly used to display the changed tasks received by the user, which is convenient for the user to view and operate. 3. 6 summary of this chapter
According to the overall framework designed, according to the physical location distribution of the subordinate companies of Qingsoft Yingtai, the deployment scheme of PDM group is designed to meet the overall control requirements of Qingsoft Yingtai Group and the strategic goal of independent operation of each subsidiary. Combined with the actual business requirements of Qingsoft Yingtai, the application function modules of PDM system are designed, such as product structure, parts, drawings and documents, work flow, change, process, system integration, coding, collaborative work area management and so on. In the design process, the experience, convenience and application frequency of application personnel are taken into account, and digital management is realized through PDM system.
